The location was amazing with beautiful views, and the beer battered fish & chips at the pub were great.

It's incredible base for sightseeing and exploring Padstow. The units are individual, cosy.

Very very good stay, as always. Tidy place, friendly service, excellent and accommodating staff. Stunning and incredible location in Padstow, close enough to pubs, the harbour front and the centre of Padstow. Also, right in the heart of the town. Plenty of brilliant food for meals.

Very good location, very clean, good breakfast and large rooms.
The room was very hot and poorly ventilated (small window). There was also a strong smell of frying in the room.

Very good location and the very friendly service staff in the bistro. Breakfast selection is great. The bathroom was modernly renovated. The room was well renovated.
The ceiling height of the room was low and therefore very hard to get used to, the French double bed was minimal.

Situated directly in the centre, wonderful view of the harbour and river from room 8, exceptionally good mattresses and pillows, wonderfully slept

Lovely views over the harbour from the room.
The check-in process felt impersonal and could use improvement.

A modern bathroom, a beautiful maritime interior and the beautiful view from our room to the harbour have contributed a lot to the well-being of our guests.
Unfortunately it was very loud in the summer evenings, as the room was located right above the entrance of the pub below. Various street musicians have contributed their share to the volume. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, but it costs 8 pounds per day.

Great room but dining needs work
We stayed for 5 nights in a spacious room, super comfy. The staff were all cool and friendly . Breakfast on day 1 was awesome, but on day 2, it was pretty bland. The dinner service felt a bit disorganized, we had to find our own table. A cleaner table would've been great.
